General Policy

Shackledshow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), it is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA.

Hosting Disclaimer

Please note that Shackledshow does not host, store, or upload any audiovisual or multimedia content on its own servers. Our platform functions solely as an indexing and aggregation service, referencing material that is already publicly available on third-party websites beyond our control. Shackledshow disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or legality of content hosted externally.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material accessible through Shackledshow infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. A valid notification must include the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including information sufficient to allow Shackledshow to locate it (e.g., specific URLs).
• Your contact details: full name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

Response and Liability

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, Shackledshow will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material referenced in our index. This action applies only to Shackledshow’s listings and does not affect content hosted by third parties. Disputes regarding the original hosting should be directed to the external service providers.

Shackledshow does not generate direct profit from indexed content. Advertising is solely intended to cover infrastructure and operational costs. Misrepresentation in a DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages, including attorneys’ fees, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
